But it doesn't mention sheeple at all! The only time it even mentions sheep is the last sentence, and never refers to them again. Where do you get "sheeple" from? Not everything that involves sheep involves sheeple.

The characters are contemplating the world and figuring everyone but themselves is just unconsciously doing what is expected from them, without taking a critical look at their own lives. Little does he realizes that most people are very keen on finding the flaws of society and "the system" and see themselves as outliers, while rarely looking for flaws in their own reasoning and convictions.

The comic itself has very little to do with Ayn Rand's work. The alt-text, however makes a statement about the similarity between the people depicted in the comic and the stereotypical objectivist (Ayn Rand's fans). The biggest irony is, in fact, how little difference it makes whether you like Ayn Rand or not when it comes to labeling a certain group of individuals as sheeple.

I still can't tell if you're being pro- or anti- Ayn Rand.
