For the other, the whole joke about the image text meaning the speaker has already prioritized the order in which he will (or wishes to) kill 7 billion people, and that the one asking the questions is already on that list and number 49 on the list to be killed. At least if he did get moved up, there'd have to be 30 warning murders before his time was up. For one, the joke was already old when used by Maverick.
