In the third panel the other two continue the discussion of the distinction between metaphors and similes while she leaves, and in the third panel she's making a sandwich off-stage. I don't think she's running in the 3rd frame, but is walking off, leaving the other two to discuss analogies whilst she's dealing with her needs.
