Explanation

This is a parody on the good cop, bad cop routine that cops use. In this case, instead of a bad cop, there is a dadaist cop. A dadaist is a person who is part of the Dada. The Dada is a movement in art and literature based on deliberate irrationality and negation of traditional artistic values.
