The second amendment of the United States gives citizens the right to bear arms. If the RSA qualifies crypto as a munition, then citizens can demand it be available to the public.

However, the United States Federal Government has set the precedent of banning munitions that are thought to be too dangerous for the public, such as rocket launchers and bazookas, and so this comic remains just a joke.
