Explanation
Cueball clearly means to use fucking as an intensifier. However, the friend (likely intentionally in response to the unnecessary swearing) takes fucking to be an identifier of which jacket is being discussed, and gives a smart-aleck response. His counterpart gets confused by the sarcasm, and the topic is dismissed. Fuck is an obscene term meaning sex and can be used as a noun, verb, adjective, and adverb. A "fucking jacket" would be a jacket worn even while having sex or, less likely, a jacket that has sex.
