::I removed the requirement of a definition of sleet from the incomplete tag. Sleet is understood to be cold horrible weather to be out in, whichever regional definition is used. I removed the requirement of a definition of sleet from the incomplete tag. Sleet is understood to be cold horrible weather to be out in, whichever regional definition is used.
