I am OriginalName. Of the characters in xkcd, my favorite is Black Hat/Hat Guy. While his true name is Hat Guy, it is often easier to call him Black Hat, because A) there are several characters who wear hats (Hat Guy/Black Hat, White Hat, and Beret Guy) and calling him Black Hat clears up the confusion, and B) he is already better known as Black Hat (on this wiki, at least). So call him Black Hat, but remember his true name.
