==Explanation==<br />
This comic is a take on the typical "how to" which details "how to" organize your home. In many cases, finding the best organization can be difficult and/or can take a long time. To circumvent this problem, Cueball "just gives up" and puts all his items and furniture into a box labeled "Misc" (short for miscellaneous), with the exception of his laptop, cable modem and router.<br />

Items in the box seem to include the following<br />
* A TV<br />
* A lamp<br />
* A broom<br />
* A mattress<br />
* A chair<br />
* A shelf<br />
* A fan<br />
* At least one cable<br />
* Maybe a pillow and a toaster<br />
* And several other unidentifiable objects<br />
<br />
Many modern nerds will recognize this situation as true-to-life, when moving in or out of a home, and every household item is packed and ready to go, but the Internet connection and LAN devices are the last to be torn down, and the first to be set up, even without a working kitchen or shower.<br />
<br />
The title text is a take on the popular website Lifehacker which includes all sorts of posts on how to "hack" your life and improve it. Life hacking appears to be a common theme in xkcd, such as in [[2024: Light Hacks]].<br />
