The blue flash mentioned in the title text represents Cherenkov Radiation. In the case of the Demon Core accidents, those who saw the blue flashes saw it because of gamma radiation being slowed by the fluid inside of their eyeballs. ==Explanation==<br />
The "Physicist" egg type is almost certainly a reference to the Demon Core and its surroundings. The Demon Core was a spherical mass of plutonium that was involved in two separate accidents. The toothpick in the comic seems to represent the screwdriver in real life (especially evidenced by the angle drawn resembling images of an accident being reenacted), and indicates the relative scale of mass and screwdriver.{{incomplete|Created by a BOT - Please change this comment when editing this page.
