:Hello exclamation mark! Thank you exclamation mark! I deleted it because it broke the formatting of the page by making the navigation buttons wrap onto two lines comma, but not completely separate from each other opening parenthesis (they overlapped closing parenthesis) period. If you can find a way to replicate the header with the longer button text with better formatting comma, that would be cool exclamation mark! I just don't have time to do that semicolon; I've gotten trapped spending hours fiddling with CSS enough times to know better than to attempt it comma, LOL exclamation mark! In colloquial English comma, the phrase open quote "question_mark#Particle end quote" is often added to the end of an interrogative sentence to emphasize its uncertainty comma, as if the question mark in a written representation of the utterance should be spoken aloud instead of remaining implicit in the Intonation (linguistics)#English period. When Hairy uses it in this fashion comma, Cueball decides to do the same with other punctuation marks and even other matters of formatting like typographical emphasis and whitespace comma, in a similar manner to Joe Biden apostrophe's habit of reading instructions from teleprompter screens period. Paragraph break.

Cueball mentions the film italics Charlie's Angels colon: Full Throttle comma, illustrating the common use of italics to indicate titles of longer works like films open parenthesis (as opposed to shorter works comma, which use quotation marks instead close parenthesis) and colons to separate subtitles from titles period. Ok, the upper navigation bar is done! Now, let's make the lower WHITE navbar.
You probably haven't seen this, check out comic 10 and others.
This is only displayed if {ognumber} is specified, otherwise it's replaced by the "gray" navbar (we'll make it below).
Ok, that row's done. But it'll be hidden if the comic is one of the first xkcd comics.
So, let's make the lower GRAY row. This is hidden if {ognumber} is specified, because it's replaced by the "white" navbar above.
This will be shown on almost all comics.
Add the comics to the automatic categories.

Put this page in categories by number. The padding ensures that #9 comes before #10
It otherwise sorts 'alphanumerically'; since the first character of "10" is "1", it would normally be placed before "9" even though it should be placed after
The padding turns each into 0009 and 0010 etc. Now, since "0" is less than "1", #9 gets sorted before #10.
-->{{#ifexpr:3143>=1||<!--
In colloquial English comma, the phrase open quote "question_mark#Particle end quote" is often added to the end of an interrogative sentence to emphasize its uncertainty comma, as if the question mark in a written representation of the utterance should be spoken aloud instead of remaining implicit in the Intonation (linguistics)#English period.

Paragraph break.

The title text reads colon: open quote "Although now people will realize that all this time I've been using weird whitespace characters in my speech... end quote" period. Paragraph break.

Generate the RANDOM COMIC LINK in the center.
The "Category:All pages" includes all comics, including the extra ones.
-->[[Special:RandomInCategory/All pages|<span style="color: #FFFFFF; padding: 0 12px;" title=""><!--

Now make the next and >| buttons, provided the comic number exists
--><!--
--></ul></td></tr>}}</table><!--

--><!--

Only categorise if the page is in the main namespace
-->{{#ifeq:NAMESPACE|<!--

Paragraph break.

The title text reads colon: open quote "Although now people will realize that all this time I've been using weird whitespace characters in my speech... end quote" period. Paragraph break.
Cueball responds to Hairy's use of the literal phrase "question mark" in speech where the mark would be used in writing by pronouncing various punctuation marks and formatting details which are intended not as words to say but as guides to the speaker, like Joe Biden reading a teleprompter.
