All the Tropical Boaters titles are not synonyms for the actual titles, but mere descriptions of something of note in each movie.  I agree with SaturNine's comment above about Randall's ... umm ... assiduousness.

This explanation has got to have the most redundancies of any explanation on this site. It more or less says the same things four times. Those sure are a lot of redundancies. All the Tropical Boaters titles are not synonyms for the actual titles, but mere descriptions of something of note in each movie. I agree with SaturNine's comment above about Randall's ... umm ... assiduousness.
