PROBLEM: In my opinion, the incomplete template has lost its original purpose. Instead of having factual information on why the comic is incomplete added or - even better - being removed once the explanation is finished, the incomplete template is being treated as a place to put witty comments. This overcrowds the category, making it more difficult to see articles in need of actual help or know why they need help. I'd also like to remind users that accurate incomplete tags are recommended at the [[explain_xkcd:Editor_FAQ#What_does_the_incomplete_tag_mean?|explainxkcd FAQ]] - this is not just a newbie seeing problems where there aren't any.

PROBLEM: People are putting jokes instead of explanations in the Incomplete tags. The jokes are funny and all, but it goes against [[explain_xkcd:Editor_FAQ#What_does_the_incomplete_tag_mean?|explainxkcd good practice]] and makes it harder to figure out what needs fixing. I'm not angry at the CREATED BY A ____ jokes, I'm upset by the lack of information. EDITED: Previous version made it seem like I was a fun-hater with a stick up my *&^%^.

Current Project: Addressing vagueness of incomplete template.

PROBLEM: People are putting jokes instead of explanations in the Incomplete tags. The jokes are funny and all, but it goes against explainxkcd good practice and makes it harder to figure out what needs fixing. I'm not angry at the CREATED BY A ____ jokes, I'm upset by the lack of information. EDITED: Previous version made it seem like I was a fun-hater with a stick up my *&^%^.

SOLUTION: I don't know. Please help me out here.
