A transcript is going to be futile.  It appears as though the comic may go on indefinitely (I've definitely had some branches continue extending until I've seen frames that were present in other branches).  I suspect what's happening here is that... options are "suggested", and those suggestions are displayed at random to people.  The ones with the most clickthroughs begin to appear more often, until eventually the top 4 are "locked in" and no more suggestions can be made.  Very creative!  But I'm not convinced that Randall is making frames in near-real-time, nor am I even convinced he's part of the approval process at all.  I suspect it's all automated.
