This comic is the 1000th comic shown on XKCD. This comic shows what looks to be every character ever shown in an XKCD cartoon (hard to verify for obvious reasons). Megan is clearly excited as she screams "Wooooo!", but Cueball, in true nerd fashion, thinks in binary, saying that there are "just 24 to go until a big round-number milestone", as 1024 is a round number in binary.
