alright. i found ONE instance of someone resembling this dude in [[954: Chin-Up Bar]]. he's not named, he doesn't say anything, he's not holding a clipboard, nothing about him says he's the guy except for his appearance, and the only remotely defining thing about him is being directly behind cueball and black hat. i still really don't think this guy needs a page though.
