Hi, I'm a cartoonist and I do all my own html/php/css and sometimes my own xml. You can find my comics at Ferrets Vs Lemmings, and I also have a wiki-based foreign sound effects dictionary for cartoonists on Wikia(formerly on my own server, but Wikia has better spam-combatting and promotion).
