Chess is a very well analyzed game. Chess strategy is not trivial.
 
 
 
Cueball's friend wanted to shut him up so he showed him just how bad a player Cueball is.
 
 
 
Cueball then proceeds to blame the game instead of his skills.
 
 
 
The title text further elaborates on the theme by noting that high level players have ignored the proposed rules, probably due to said rules being incredibly stupid and flawed.
