Change all links in the Header text column to Template:Header link. (Remember to use {{nowrap}} to prevent formatting issues)
Try to fix all the formatting issues with the columns. No, the second and third columns shouldn't look like that, and I don't know why they do. Also, why are they so wide?
Once everything else is done, take at least an hour to read through everything and refine the explanations, add inter-wiki links, add Wikipedia links, etc.
