Talk page[edit]

Hey, I noticed you didn't have a talk page yet, so I thought you might want one! Here you go! --xnerkcd (talk) 08:17, 15 April 2025 (UTC)Reply

There's a good chance that if they didn't have one, it's because they had no need/desire for one. Congratulations on now being able to create pages, but this doesn't mean you have to.172.71.26.106 15:07, 15 April 2025 (UTC)Reply

I just removed the old Page To Delete tag from your User: page. Nice to see you're likely to be making some use of these pages. Of course, if it had been deleted, already (or never had them made in the first place), I think by now you could have (re)created them for yourself anyway. ;) 82.132.236.85 14:51, 25 April 2026 (UTC)Reply

Questions: How do I make a chapter separator?

how do I change the size of a table?
how do I even code all these options?Ninojin3DD (talk) 05:42, 28 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
  • Chapter separator? There's =Headers=, ==Headers== and ===Headers===, etc, if that's what you mean. Or ----, <hr/> and perhaps {{hr}} to make a 'line across' break, like...
...this. Most of these things need to be on a new line, the HTML hr-tag example being the main exception that doesn't.
  • In what way, change a size of a table? Adding more rows is a matter of putting in more row-stuff where you want it see it. Adding in new columns means putting those columns in every line that needs it (you can get away with one 'more columns than other rows' example, if it's appended at the end, but if you're inserting within a row then you definitely need to pad every other row). Changing the 'span' of cells across rows and/or cols is also maybe what you're asking about. Adjusting the fit of the columns (forcing a column to be wider, against the automatic alignment that your table tries, based upon what contents each thing has in it) is another thing. As is trying to force the total size of a table (heightwise, maybe, but mostly widthwise) for one reason or another. Just see Help:Table for more on everything, and try to pick up whatever it is you're asking about. Or ask again.
  • How to code all these options? I really don't know what you mean, if I haven't already explained that. But look around the wikimedia Help pages and you're going to pick it up. Unless the Visual Editor shortcuts some of that for you (it's not soething I use).
...best as I can explain, until you clarify. Sorry. 92.23.5.92 16:55, 28 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
Maybe you need to explain your {{table}} page, too.
I tried to address my limited understanding of what you intended to do with that, within the page itself, but that's not really the best place for a full discussion.
If you're just trying to try out tables, perhaps use a sandbox page? Or your userpage. Or any random page (which might have a table that you're interested in seeing if you can change) but only Preview it as you tweak it, at least unless you find that your Preview made it better in the way you were perhaps trying to make it. 92.23.5.92 15:27, 29 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
Deleted it. This user's contribs are weird... FaviFake (talk) 23:10, 3 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
