This little template is designed for use on links which may be considered NSFW, but which are important to the article. The example use case is in the explanation for #1804, where sexy news is mentioned. A link is being added to the Wikipedia article for "Naked News", and should be flagged as potentially NSFW, depending on your work environment.
One parameter is accepted to clarify the reason for being marked as such, but it is optional and will be automatically filled with a message saying no reason is given.
