There are two 'Brown Hat's in 399: Travelling Salesman Problem; One is 'Brown Hat & Briefcase' and he is a travelling salesman. The second is 'Brown Hat' and he is an eBay salesman. They are two different characters. 86.44.215.73 03:04, 17 April 2013 (UTC)

I agree that this page is unnecessary. I do not think that Brown Hat's appearance in a since comic warrants his own character page. I propose that all other insignificant hatted characters (i.e. anyone not Black Hat, Beret Guy, White Hat) share a character page (e.g. Brown Hat, Green Hat, etc.) and be grouped into a category (i.e. Comics featuring Other Hatted Characters). --Forrest (talk)14:48, 08 May 2015 (UTC)
