This template is used to congratulate an editor whose nomination for the Explanation Improvement Project has been approved by the community and added to the list of successful nominations. It is designed to be substituted onto the nominator's talk page.
Usage:

Parameters:
1: required. The title of the explanation whose nomination was successful, given as a wikilink target (for 380: Emoticon,1234: Title of the Comic).2: optional. The signature to display at the bottom of the message. Defaults to the poster's own signature if left out.
The recipient's name is taken automatically from the page the template is substituted onto, so this should only be substituted directly onto a user's talk page.
