While every other circle says "Comply", only one stands out by saying "No."
This is presumably an older comic judging by the older handwriting style.

You know how Sturm from the FNF community (better known as Churgney Gurgney) makes really awesome songs with stupid names? (Silly Billy, Trichael, etc.)
