- [A scatter plot graph with the Y axis of "time spent debugging centimeter-wavelength antennas" and X axis of "Nobel prizes awarded as a result". The X axis has the numbers 0 and 1 marked, while the Y axis has no numbers marked. Many dots arranged vertically appear at 0 on the X axis (zero Nobel prizes), collectively labeled as "I.T. people troubleshooting WiFi issues". A single dot appears at 1 on the X axis, vertically about 1/3 of the height of the graph up, labeled "Penzias & Wilson".]

- I just think the other people working in the field deserve at least a little recognition.

April fools comic soon π Broseph (talk) 07:42, 26 March 2026 (UTC)
- Could be as soon as next Wednesday... But might have to wait a few more days, if not a couple more weeks, if what's in the pipeline is another one of the particularly ambitious ones, on prior history. It's a movable feast, and we may not know for certain what is in the pipeline (or if there is anything) until further down the line.
- I'm not hyping prematurely about this. Saving my energy for after what may come, instead. Expecting something nice. Expecting something. But it's always nice to be surprised. And it's not like regular comics are necessarily just chopped liver, either... 82.132.237.127 17:09, 26 March 2026 (UTC)
I'm the dot in the top left corner (it was a wicd_supplicant issue combined with a DNS reservation setting error combined with a router I didn't even know was in the loop, and still don't quite understand why it was patched via a VoIP phone that needed to be restarted once a day). 98.19.37.29 12:16, 26 March 2026 (UTC)
