Scrap off junk food and sweets: unfortunately, [https://healthinfluencer.net/the-oxidized-cholesterol-strategy-review/ The Oxidized Cholesterol Strategy] very few people realize the bad effects that sweets and junk food have on your cholesterol level. These foods can increase the cholesterol and triglycerides levels in your body which becomes extremely difficult to lower down. Instead, try to substitute these with high-fibre vegetables and fruits that have greater health benefits.

Well, as it turns out, I just happened [https://healthinfluencer.net/ultra-manifestation-review/ Ultra Manifestation] to be reading an article on a web page this week about this very subject i.e. Cognitive Dissonance and how the author of this article has come to the conclusion that it defines our very lives, today, in this modern world we live in, or is it a post modern world - who cares anyway? To make his case, the author cites a scene from a movie called 'Chicago' whereby a man is caught, by his wife, in bed with two other women. In a pathetic attempt to placate his wife he tells her, and I quote: "that he is alone".

Diets for weight loss vary depending on who formulates the diet and whom the diet is formulated for, but diets to lower cholesterol remain constant. Countless diet fads for losing extra pounds have come up, such as the Atkins Diet, the South Beach Diet, and so on. Some of these diets work for a number of people, but not so for others. However, diets to lower cholesterol have been proven to work for every one since they are not just aimed at reducing weight, but they focus on the area of healthy eating.

His stunned wife replies: "What do you mean, I can see two women!!??" The husband replies: "Believe what I tell you, not what you see!" Now, is this an unbelievably ludicrous state of affairs, and have our lives and/or our minds, in this early part of the 21st century, really reached such a crazed mind numbing level of surreal stupidity? I would have to say yes in my reply to this question. As it turns out the wife in this film shoots her wayward husband, so obviously she was not a victim of Cognitive Dissonance and nor was she having any of it.

A reduced intake of red meat as part of your diet also helps to lower cholesterol. Steak, which is beef, is an American favorite. Unfortunately, it is also a potential heart killer because it is high in low density lipoprotein (LDL), more commonly known as bad cholesterol. Beef, which is red meat, has more fat than any other variety of meat, so health buffs tend to stay away from it. They would rather turn to chicken or pork since they are leaner and have a lower concentration of bad cholesterol. More often than not, doctors recommend a hearty serving of fish because it has Omega-3, a compound which contributes to cardiovascular well-being. For those who do not like the taste and smell of most fish, they should try salmon or tuna, which have the texture and almost the taste of meat.

Now let's stop and think about what I have related here, because what I have described raises some very serious issues. One issue might be, is it better to be guilty of a crime, and in this case a murderous crime of passion, than be a victim of this wretched mental disorder known as Cognitive Dissonance? Now, if you think I am out of order by saying this, just wait until you have finished reading this article before you pass judgment.

Well, as it turns out, I just happened Ultra Manifestation to be reading an article on a web page this week about this very subject i.e.
