Did you REALLY just sneak back to the conference [https://letsfireurbossnow.com/wildfit-review/ WildFit] room to eat the last cookie from your earlier meeting?!?! Maybe not, but I'm slightly embarrassed to admit that I have! With the abundance of available food in America, we don't think twice about heading to the fridge...even if we aren't hungry. Stress, boredom or the need to take a break (RE: the "cookie incidence" above), can lead us to mindless eating. Writing down everything you eat, every day, helps you think twice about the food choices you might subconsciously be making.

There have been some studies on how many calories are used from fidgeting, but just how much do they count in an overall weight management plan? Our resting metabolic rate is the amount of calories we need to just keep all our involuntary body functions going. If we just sat still and didn't move, our body would burn calories to keep our digestive processes going, our cells functioning internally, our heart beating and keep us breathing, etc. Anything we do past that takes energy or calories. So, yes even fidgeting requires the burning of calories, which can count to an overall weight management plan, but still, how much?
