Explanation
In the comic, one Cueball angrily asks "Where's my fucking jacket?". Normally, one would attempt to provide information on where the jacket is.
The second Cueball, however, has taken the adjective "fucking" to mean that he has a "fucking jacket", separate from his normal one. He thus answers that is next to the first man's normal one. The first man is confused, so the second one dismisses the subject. Kind of a waste of time, really.
The title text suggests that this event transpired frequently in Monroe's (real life) apartment.

[Second man indicates something behind him.]
Second man: Over there, next to your regular one.
First man: My what?
Second man: Never mind.
