Stress has been identified as a major factor that can really weaken the immune system. Chronic stress is especially harmful. People who experience constant anxiety or pressure should do something to reduce the stress in their life. If they cannot do so, then they must learn better coping skills. These will help them from experiencing the many unwanted symptoms of a weakened immune system: constant fatigue, lethargy, allergies, diarrhea, and recurring infections.
