Difference between revisions of "Category:Comics sharing name"

Not to be confused with comic series.

These comics have identical or similar names, varying by a few characters. Sometimes, this is because they are part of a comic series, where often the only difference is the episode number of the comic. A few comics share the exact same name without being part of a series, such as:

• 786: Exoplanets and 1071: Exoplanets. Both images were originally named exoplanets.png. When the latter was published, this broke the former on xkcd.com, so it was renamed exoplanets_2010.png.
• 60: Super Bowl and 1480: Super Bowl. No images broke because the first one is a JPG file and the second one is a PNG file.
• 827: Business Idea and 1721: Business Idea. When the second comic was released, the image file and the comic title were the same and there was a conflict both on xkcd.com and on this site. Randall renamed the first comic 827: My Business Idea and the comic image my_business_idea.png.
