Difference between revisions of "Category:Comics sharing name"

Sometimes this is because they are part of a comic series, where often the only part of the titles that changes is the episode number of the comic. A few comics share the exact same name, without being part of a series, such as:

• 786: Exoplanets and 1071: Exoplanets. Both images were originally named exoplanets.png. When the latter was published, this broke the former on xkcd.com, so it was renamed exoplanets_2010.png.
• 60: Super Bowl and 1480: Super Bowl. No images broke because the first one is a JPG file and the second one is a PNG file.
• 827: Business Idea and 1721: Business Idea. When the first comic was released, the image file and the comic title were the same and there was a conflict both on xkcd.com and on this site. Randall renamed the second comic 827: My Business Idea and the comic image my_business_idea.png.

There are also other pairs of comics where the only difference is that one of the titles is plural:

• 1027: Pickup Artist and 1178: Pickup Artists.
• 518: Flow Charts, 1195: Flowchart and 1488: Flowcharts.
• 235: Kite and 1614: Kites.
• 441: Babies and 1650: Baby.
• 1373: Screenshot and 1863: Screenshots.
• 716: Time Machine and 1203: Time Machines.
• 1256: Questions and 1448: Question.
• 561: Well and 3004: Wells.
• 1490: Atoms and 3050: Atom.
